Take Stock count to the yard
Android: tap Install app when prompted. On iPhone: tap Share, then Add to Home Screen.
Open the app and sign in before entering the cold room. Your count login lasts 12 hours.
Rules of the count
Do not say numbers aloud. Do not compare counts. Ask product questions only to the supervisor.

Numbers 1–19 are provisional until the site walk confirms every door. V1 covers vehicles and ground.

Prepare containers
One product and grade per stack. Labels face out. Stacks stand in rows.
Assign a blind round
Add a product
Kasumbalesa: stand at the office and face the opposite wall; permanent numbers run 1–19 from left to right.
Enter one band per row. Every unbanded box needs its own scale photo and reading.
After locking, this round cannot be edited. Lock takes effect when the server receives it.

The counter, recounter and approver must be different people. Every frozen unit must close, including V1.
